Initial Visit

3-Week Follow Up
Diabetic Visits include an Initial Visit which involves verification of credentials of staff. If staff do not have required training (e.g., Nurse Delegation Core Training), they are not eligible to be delegated. However, both Nurse Delegation Core Training and Special Focus on Diabetes courses are available through Four Feathers Nurse Consulting - you may request for training information.

If staff have completed required training, Insulin Administration Delegations will be scheduled.

Following the Initial Visit, a 3-Week Follow Up will occur.
