Skin Assessment
This service is offered to those who are high risk for potential skin breakdown. A part of this service includes education to health caregivers and/or family members who are providing care and services. Education includes the knowledge of skin breakdown such as: how it occurs, how to prevent, and how to maintain healthy skin.

Wound Care
It is not uncommon for some skin breakdown to occur, therefore additional services such as Wound Care is provided. Through all the services we provide at Four Feathers Nurse Consulting, we make sure you have access to all the care and attention you need and deserve - wound care is definitely a part of that. With this service, we create a care plan tailored to the wound(s) and provide often Follow Ups until the wound(s) have diminished and/or healed.
